Joanne Woodward plays a quiet Georgian housewife who happens to have two very loud personalities yearning to be released. Woodward won the academy award for her role as Eve White, Eve Black, and Jane, and needless to say, it was an award well earned.
Recommend to anyone who enjoys intense psychological dramas.
