Review of The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada (2005) by Christine W — 18 Oct 2008
A masterpiece--brilliantly cast, including two rock/country music icons (Levon Helm and Dwight Yoakam), with all their vulnerability hanging out. The alienation and desperation for human warmth is palpable.
The more I think about the film, the more I love it. I will watch it again before returning to Netflix.
