Review of The Thomas Crown Affair (1968) by Julian H — 15 Dec 2008
Super cool, super rich McQueen pulls of the perfect robbery, well almost perfect, Dunaway brought in as as the insurance investigator always gets her man and knows pretty soon that McQueen is 'her man'.
Then McQueen tempts her with another audacious robbery, will she get her man? Obviously showing it's age a bit now, although the multi window arty shots were probably ground breaking in 1968. I was in complete hysterics over the 'famous' chess scene, as parodied by Austin Powers.
