Review of The Thing (2011) by Tracy S — 14 Apr 2012
Despite mostly mediocre acting and some other flaws, The Thing (2011) is a very enjoyable horror prequel, with a great performance from Mary Elizabeth Winstead, great creature visuals, and some genuine thrills.
PS: it REALLY makes me want to see the John Carpenter "Thing" and the 1950's "The Thing From Another World".
