It's alright. A bit spooky, a bit grotesque. Nowhere close to the scares, cabin fever, or over-the-top effects of the original (CGI remains weaker than practical effects). But, you can enjoy yourself.
The big 'reveal' at the end you can see coming from a mile away. Yes, I remembered who Lars was. And the dog...
