Review of The Thing (1982) by Blacksun — 19 Nov 2018
An exciting ride from start to finish, The Thing is in my opinion a classic of the genre. The traditional effects will shock you, and still hold up today, outperforming much of the CGI stuff we currently get.
The tension of being trapped with no-where to go stays with you for the whole film, while the uncertainty of not knowing who you can trust just adds to the paranoia.
