Review of The Thin Red Line (1998) by Andrew W — 28 May 2011
This one's a grower, but it's not for everyone. It is much slower and less action packed than most war movies, but all in all it's one of the greatest films in the genre as a result of Terrence Malick's brilliant direction and unique take on storytelling.
And boy does this film have great cinematography.
