After watching it again last night at a little indie cinema in piccadilly, I was reminded how much I really like this film and still rate it higher then tree of life (not that you should go see tree of life cus you should).
from begining to end this film has a pace which when needed dilevers the shock of battle. the story is driven by its extreamly large cast. dont get to attached to anyone cus iter they die or they are no longer present in the film.
stand outs are nick nolty and sean penn.
