Review of The Thin Red Line (1998) by Stephen L — 25 May 2013
Beautiful to look at but far from the masterpiece it's made out to be. Extreemly long and muddled, I was just begging for it to end. After The Tree of Life I'm getting the feeling that Terrance Malick is the most overrated filmmaker of our time.
I really hope Badlands and Days of Heaven live up to the hype cause I'm not exactly in his camp at this point.
