Review of The Thin Man (1934) by Bob S — 28 Dec 2006
The Thin Man is a suspenseful, immensely entertaining, and quite often hilarious detective film. The acting is good. The film is very fast-paced (almost too fast-paced: on more than one occasion I found myself wondering what the hell was going on.
I actually had to watch it twice to take everything in.). There are some really hilarious moments, and the ending dinner scene is classic stuff. Definitely worth a look.
