Review of The Thin Blue Line (1988) by Gabriela C — 08 Nov 2016
This 1988 film from Errol Morris is an excellent documentary that affected, or more specifically corrected, the outcome of a case from 1976. He uses old footage, newspaper clippings, old film footage and reenactments to tell this story.
He has interviews with all the principal payers as well. Philip Glass does an amazing score to enhance the viewing that eventually got the decision on the case overturned 12 years late. This film is an absolute must watch!
