R Lee Ermey was awesome, everything else about this movie was awful. I liked the original TCM as well as the remake. Funny thing is, I seen this one at some point (probably in the theater), completely put it out of my mind, rented it unknowingly, and it took me about 20 minutes in to realize I had already seen it before.
No joke, that's how forgettable, unoriginal and pointless it is.
