Not the worst remake I've seen.. it's still a terrible addition to the crap Hollywood churns out for the unintelligible masses who think gore and shock value is what makes a horror movie. Also lacking the social commentary and ubiquitous ambiance of the original, this remake is as soulless as its main featured villain.
