Review of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (1986) by Brian P — 22 Oct 2008
A black comedy disguised as a horror movie. Don't get me wrong, this is way more gory than the original, but there is also a lot of humor in this to counterbalance it. Leatherface and family now run a some sort of catering/chili business and of course you can guess the secret ingredient.
Dennis Hopper plays a lawman who was related to Sally & Franklin in the original and vows revenge. Hopper also has to protect a radio DJ that knows to much about Leatherface and the boys. I love the poster for this movie where the have the killer's posed like the Breakfast club.
Awesome.
