From grainy and suggestive to a gross-out spoof, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 did to its predecessor what Joel Schumacher did to Batman. It's kind of fun if you watch it as a comment on everything the slasher sub-genre had become since the first installment - just don't think of it as an actual sequel.
