Review of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (1986) by Sean L — 22 Oct 2009
This movie is, IMO, seriously underrated. Yeah, it's not the absolute masterpiece the original was, but I still enjoy it a great deal, over-the-top as it is. Bill Moseley in particular turns in a hilarious performance as Chop Top, one that he would only top (though not so humorously) as Otis P.
Driftwood in HOUSE OF 1,000 CORPSES and (especially) THE DEVIL'S REJECTS. Bill Johnson is a more than adequate replacement for Gunnar Hansen, and Jim Siedow as the cook is his usual delightful self.
Dennis Hopper's character is quite fun as well.
