Review of The Tesseract (2004) by Robert V — 19 Jun 2007
If The Beach inspired millions to descend on Thailand, this could make the rest stay at home. Stripped of hedonistic gloss, this is the seedy side of Thailand, featuring drugs, prostitution, homelessness and child labour.
Amid that backdrop is a clever, low-fi thriller and an interesting look at how our actions can affect those who we think are not connected to us.
