Review of The Ten Commandments (1956) by Benn K — 15 Jun 2012
Perfectly cast and engagingly told, this truly is a window back in time. A remarkable achievement in cinema for 1956 - and a star making turn for both Charleton Heston and Yul Brenner. Amazing DeMille lived through the making of this movie, knowing he had a weak heart and was in his 70s.
