Review of The Ten (2007) by Jake A — 31 Mar 2008
An excellent satire of religion. An amazing cast that I don't think any other movie could possibly match. Lots of big names and familiar faces in this movie. It's one of those movies where as soon as I finished it, I just wanted to watch it all over again.
Some pretty good lines to quote. Good deleted scenes. It's hard to try and sell this movie when you say, "It's about the Ten Commandments." and I finally realized it isn't really about the ten commandments.
It's about 10 stories. Some seem to have the moral of don't break this commandment. Some don't really have a moral to the story. Some are just hilarious. This movie is all that is right with comedy these days.
Everyone should watch this movie. I give it 5 "goofs" out of 5.
