Review of The Ten (2007) by Laimis Z — 10 Sep 2009
Frustratingly uneven set of stories. Amusing in quite a few parts, but the episodic nature of the film is it's biggest downfall. If you're doing something like this, each story has to be as A+ material or you'll leave the audience thinking "god, this wasn't as funny as the last one".
And there are some great lines and sight gags, but some of the stories make it fairly difficult to stick through. I laughed pretty hard and was fairly amused by a little more than half of the stories, but that meant a good share of it fell completely flat, too, ha!
