Review of The Tall Man (2012) by Lisbon P — 19 Mar 2013
A very good film, sober but powerful, impressive as narrative, acting, cinematography. Does not tell the story we want to hear, and see ... But the story that billions of mothers and children are confronted with daily, to cling to an indefinite concept of mother and child bond or to relinquish for dignity and hope.
Ultimately is a heartfelt criticism against the status quo, and yes we should fight for a world where nobody has to make this choice. Helena Murteira.
