Review of The Tale (2018) by Stefano C — 01 Jun 2018
Call me a heartless monster if you want but I cannot consider this movie fresh. 5 stars for the courage, 5 stars to support Jennifer Fox and 5 stars to all women. But what can I say? The movie is just bad.
The photography looks like the one of a TV movie (yes it is a TV movie, but that's not the point), you got the gist of the story 10 minutes into the film and then is just like watching a bottle of oil slowely crashing on the kitchen floor: you know is going to be messy, but that does not make it something really entertaining.
I know this year was an important year for the better gender, and I root for you girls, but I cannot change my taste in movies because the story is true.
