Review of The Taking of Pelham One Two Three (1974) by William R — 28 May 2009
Predictable as they come, but as always, Walter Matthau and Robert Shaw conduct this one remarkably. Was interested in watching the original since I will definitely see the remake. Slow-paced at times in the middle, but picks up when they start collecting the money.
But I would have to say, the ending was perfect. The music at the beginning and end credits are just amazing. This is quite the thriller, even if it is foreseeable.
