If you don't like "documentary style" films, I wouldn't recommend it.
However, I'm a huge fan of horror/thriller, and personally this was the ONLY movie that scared me.
Small hints to the premise, if you pay attention.
They eventually grow.
Honestly, I think it's a great movie with a peculiar storyline. Might not be for some people, but out of "possession" flicks, I think this is a 10.
