Review of The Sword in the Stone (1963) by Nate A — 20 Aug 2011
This isn't really one of the better Disney movies. Not that it's bad, it's just not up there with, say, 'Beauty and the Beast' or 'Sleeping Beauty'.
But I have such fond memories of it and it still makes me laugh that I can't help but bump it up from a 3.5 to a full four.
Also, the wizards duel between Merlin and Madame Mim might be one of my favorite things ever.
