Review of The Swimmer (1968) by Adam R — 14 Mar 2008
If you want different, this is the movie to see. Moments of surrealness and the beautifully structured story of one man's odyssey to recapture his life, that subtly reveals the truth as the hero, Ned Merrill, makes his way home by swimming through all his neighbours pools.
Funny, moving, and conclusively harrowing.
