Review of The Sum of All Fears (2002) by Calvin C — 09 Feb 2014
It's a tight political action thriller, and Post 9-11 the devastating rogue terrorist attack as a back-setting is all the more poignant. The character's unraveling the mystery at the heart of the story feels real enough, and while Affleck is our clear hero, it's more than a trite action hero story with a political backdrop, and its strength is in its fine supporting cast.
