Pretty much a guilty pleasure b-movie. tom berenger last stand as a cinematic bad ass can easily be called a sham of a theatircal release. pretty much the ast straw for any film of this kind to see the light of day (or better said darkness) in a movie theater.
and note to the filmmakers, marc anthony is not a convincing gangster.
