The reason why I liked the substitute is because of the story line and how tom berenger stoops down to his students level and finally connects with them. there is a lot of action but you can tell that a lot of it is fake and is not impacting or in your face at all.
tom berenger plays a great teacher, but a really bad action hero. the overall acting is decent, but I can't get over the fact how bad the action and violence is. I definitely recommend this film to watch, but its not one you will watch over and over again.
