Review of The Straight Story (1999) by Giuseppe P — 13 Sep 2008
A very slow paced but gentle and sweet story of a man named Alvin Straight who goes from Iowa to Wisconsin only on a lawn mower to visit his brother who had recently had a stroke. Surprisingly David Lynch directed this DISNEY film, but you can see many obvious hints of it.
