More or less a field guide on how NOT to be a family. There really isn't anybody to cheer for in the movie, but that's more or less how life is most of the time. I think it's clear Baumbach had some issues to work out with this film, but it all flows together nicely.
I was slightly concerned though at the number of times Billy Baldwin said "brother" whenever he was on screen...but then again, it's Billy Baldwin.
