Review of The Spy Who Loved Me (1977) by Jason V — 04 Jan 2011
1 of the best James 007 Bond movies.
Probably the best with Roger Moore.
All the details making a Bond beeing a Bond r there:
1 good Bondgirl about who we doubt if she is good or not.
1 bad Bondgirl.
Some great enemies.
A lot of action.
A lot of countries all around the world.
Some great fights, stunts, chases.
Q and his wonderful gadgets and humor.
M and his Money Penny, always jealous of the girls who date Bond.
And that's all we want and need, to pass a great moment.
This movie is particular for the apparition of the best villain (with Blofeld, of course) he never fought, Jaw. The only villain (apart the bosses) who didn't die at the end of the movie, cause they decided to change it, to let him survive, to come back. What he did, in Moonraker, becoming almost an angel at the end, sacrifying himself and his girlfriend, to save James Bond.
