The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie is not a perfect movie as it does have a few fairly obvious problems. However it is the perfect finale for the show. It is also probably Nickelodeon's best movie and a movie I try to watch every few years.
Also, the soundtrack of the movie is really good and includes some artist that would never even expect to have anything to do with SpongeBob (especially not in their glory days of the early/mid 2000s).
The video game tie-in is pretty as well at least on home consoles. The PC version was just a mediocre point-and-click adventure game unfortunately.
