This movies was so fantastic I still watch it 14 years later. The movie is not only hilarious 100 percent of the time, but the animation was excellently done, and the story line keeps you hooked all throughout.
If I were to rate this on Penguinz0s moist meter I would rate it a 9 out of 10. The movie is just that moist. Anything that moist I would recommend to anybody.
