Don't get me wrong, I love the Spongebob TV series, but this movie is a huge disgrace to TV's most lovable sponge. The plot is awful and pales in comparison to almost every episode of the show.
The humor has also lost its comedic charm. I don't know, maybe the movie is just badly made or maybe Mr. Squarepants is just not menat for the big screen. Either way, this movie is disappointing.
