Review of The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water (2015) by Matthew C — 16 Jul 2015
Well the movie was marketed on the live action sequences of which there are very little. The plot lines, which worked in the show and for little kids still applies so the movie is just weird and boring but picks up at the end with the climax.
Funny how all the pictures on Flixster are live action screen grabs, it's like no one wants you to know that 85% of the film is just like the show. Anyways if you have kids and they like Sponge Bob, watch it, it's not worth critiquing and spending lots of words analyzing.
It's Sponge Bob for crying out loud!
