I'm not a massive fan of the SpongeBob television series itself, but every time I watch this movie, I always find it enjoyable and unforgettable.
That doesn't mean you should believe that SpongeBob is really real, but the CGI of SpongeBob and his friends in the real world makes everything look so realistic.
I love the story, the dialogue, the childish humour, the original characters and I really love Antonio Bandera's live action performance as Burger Beard. He deserves an award for his best comedic acting.
Who needs the 2004 SpongeBob Squarepants movie when you've got the sponge out of water at last? The film is way better than it actually looks.
