On first viewing, this movie is EXTREMELY underwhelming; the trailers' misleading nature leads the viewers to believe that most of the movie will be out of the water, even though the only time the residents of Bikini Bottom are on the surface is for most of the third act.
Viewers anticipating this movie will leave cheated.
