Review of The Spirit (1987) by Keenan S — 13 Aug 2011
Damn shame it's PG-13. The movie is basically the dream of an 11-year-old boy, complete with terrible dialog and the dad from "The Wonder Years" as the main cop. The lighting is amazing, Jackson is great, Johansson and Mendes are stunning.
Funny kitsch but I can see why people rated it so low. Sketches accompany the entire end credits.
