The book (Spiral/Rasen) is so much better than this movie. This movie continues the story from Ringu - the movie, not the book. It mixes up the story. Some really important things from the book were completely left out of changed into something else! Not to forget, the "breeder mentality".
If you could bring back your DEAD child, it would cause "the end of the world", would you still do it? The main character does. Selfish breeder.
