A second-rate superhero film that doesn't really go anywhere, nor does it deliver on it's promise to show superheroes dealing with their daily lives. Since we never actually see any superhero action, it's just a movie about a bunch of whiny idiots in phenomenally cheap costumes.

There are a couple good ideas in there (like superheroes working in plastics in the private sector, or the launch of a line of action figures, or the shifting allegiances of heroes among various teams), but ultimately, nothing substantial is made of them.
