The leads don't have chemistry, its dialogue is hokey and it glosses over plot details at a questionable speed. Its third act twist was unnecessary and it sells Gary Oldman's character short in terms of development.
It's not horrible, and has certain scenes and interactions that work, but overall pretty bland given the plot and what it could've been.
