This classic musical is pretty good. It isn't really my thing, a little to bright and peppy in areas...but it also has a bit of a dark side with Nazis and the turn of things in Austria when the Nazis came in.
That said the bright and peppy-ness outshines the dark stuff, but it is still a pretty well made film with some memorable songs. Though some of the songs are not very fun to listen to, at least to me.
