Ok, a rating that defies all common sense, however if you take a sip of a (alcoholic) drink every time the word "Smurf" is said, you will gain a whole new perspective on the movie.
It is not going to win Oscars, but it is not intended to. It is there to have FUN and for that reason (along with an adequate supply of alcohol) it does it's job well.
