Review of The Skeleton Key (2005) by Andreia C — 05 Jul 2011
The setting is a bit scary and Gena Rowlands is brilliant and delivers good scares in a part that reminds me of Louise Fletcher in Cuckoo's Nest. Peter Sarsgaard plays the friend-turned-villain that we've seen him do before, and Kate Hudson is solid yet unspectacular.
The script is unfortunately pretty weak and mixes scary parts with some really bad scenes.
