A great debut feature for M.Night Shyamalan. A chillingly, unbelievably well thought out story that balances out with enough scares and chills to please any member of the audience. Bruce Willis gives one of the best performances of his career with the young Haley Joel Osment and Toni Collete also giving good performances.
The Sixth Sense is a milestone of suspense with the typical Shyamalan twist at the end that hits you right when you expect it would but leaves you with a reaction that is more satisfied than frustrated which is not the case with M.
