Review of The Sixth Sense (1999) by Ransom F — 25 Dec 2013
My third review, my third psychological thriller.
What can I say? I love these movies.
However, I'm giving The Sixth Sense a 4/5 because... let's face it, there are many opportunities missed in this film. We see them help one ghost and it's over. What about the teenage boy who blew his brains out? What about that ghost in the metal closet? Frankly, though, I do like the choice of the little girl, as her story is by far the saddest. But I just think if all three of them were explored we could not only lengthen the movie, but have the relationship with Cole and Malcolm strengthen, and cause the final scene to be all the more heart-wrenching.
