Review of The Sisters Brothers (2018) by Robert R — 22 Oct 2018

I don't know where the hell this movie is getting its certified fresh score from, I was bored as fuck of this thing 3/4 of the way through. The plot is completely disjointed, you have a hard time caring about the characters (to the point where you were almost glad when they started to die off because more than anything else it meant the end was near), and the "exciting parts" weren't all that exciting.

It all culminated in a scene with the crazy lady from Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt screaming and blasting a shotgun making you question if you just got Punk'd by Tina Fey. If you have to see it because of the fantastic cast, do yourself a favor and Redbox it so you won't feel like you wasted your money, especially if you end up turning it off.
