You know what they say about sequels. This one's no different. Somehow, I couldn't relate to the girls, like I did in the first one. The magic only came on during the last 10 mins. of the movie.
It was bittersweet for me to watch it, knowing that that it would be one of their last summers together, before they grow up and go on their separate ways. Unfortunately, that's how life is... This time, the guys just didn't have any chemistry with the girls.
It just felt fell truly flat. I really hated the fact that they dumped an obligatory British guy into the fray, with this heavy accent, which Americans expect British to have. Someone, PLEASE tell the American audience that Brits do NOT talk like that in real life please!
