Review of The Silence of the Lambs (1991) by Joshua J — 22 Jul 2013
Young Jodie Foster. Young Jodie Foster. Young Jodie Foster.
That should suffice as a review no? No? Ok. What a great exercise for the mind. Even without the plot, which I assure you there is, for lack of a better word, the chemistry between Hopkins and Foster is exceptionally breathtaking for the most part of this movie. Even Ted Levine managed to send an ever slight chill down the back of my spine. I'm not surprised that a movie which has been perfectly calculated, in every sense of the word, has been able to stand the test of time.
A must watch. Unless you are a mommas boy.
10/10.
